Isabella Solis
She was the daughter of migrant workers and the oldest of eight children. Her parents taught her the value of hard work and instilled a determination to be of service to her community. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern State University. Her first calling is and will always be prophetic intercession. The Lord called her through a scripture in 1997. —this is God’s message—“I will take you, O Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, as my personal servant, and I will set you as a signet ring, the sign of my sovereign presence and authority. I’ve looked over the field and chosen you for this work.” The Message of God-of-the-Angel-Armies. She has taken her calling seriously and desires to see generations birthed into their true identity of the Kingdom of God. She is involved in a weekly prayer call after (the 2020 elections), which started in January of 2021, praying from New Mexico to the nation. She is involved with the (WPN) World Prayer Network. A prayer call to see the transformation of nations with Dr. Jim Garlow & Rosemary Garlow-Schindler, and Judy Garlow Wade. Isabella and her husband hosted house church through mentors Manny and Grace Lardizabal, Transformation Ministries Isabella hosted house church through Glory of Zion in Denton, Texas, Chuck Pierce. |

Grace & Manny Lardizabal
Apostles Manny and Grace Lardizabal are the Heartland Apostolic Prayer Network New Mexico Prayer Overseers since 2014 and founders of Transformation Ministries International since 2004. They oversee the Transformation Epicenter, an equipping center based in Albuquerque NM. As Apostles, they have helped establish Godly kingdom equipping centers throughout the United States and also impart transformational Kingdom principles in Uganda Africa. As they have traveled throughout the United States and Internationally miracles break out, healings take place and the captives are set free, true identity is restored and transformation ignites revival in people’s lives. They are known and respected on the Navajo Nation where they have poured out to the people of that nation for the last 13 years. Couy Griffin
Couy Griffin currently holds a locally elected office of County Commissioner in Otero County. After being elected in 2018 Couy became very involved in the current border crisis and grew in support of President Trump and his efforts to secure our border. During President Trumps valiant fight to secure funding to pay for the wall Couy organized and founded Cowboys for Trump. It was only after the very first horseback ride that Couy gained President Trumps attention and respect which was proven by the President reaching out to Couy by phone. This led to a friendship between Couy and the President which later resulted in an invitation into the Oval Office to sit down at the resolute desk and visit about the issues directly affecting the people of New Mexico. As questions and concerns grew about the validity of the 2020 elections Couy travelled to Washington DC on January 6th. To stand with fellow Americans to peacefully protest our grievances and also to pray with those gathered at the Capitol. Couy was arrested on January 17th on a misdemeanor trespass charge and spent three weeks in solitary confinement in the "DC Gulag". Couys trial was on March 21st where he was acquitted on a disorderly/disruptive conduct charge yet convicted of a misdemeanor trespass charge in which he currently has under appeal. The sole foundatation of all direction and action taken in Couys life comes out of his allegiance to The Lord Jesus Christ and His Word. Having spent years in street evangelism type ministry as well as serving for 5 years as lead pastor of New Heart Cowboy Church Couy truly understands that our only Hope in this world today lies in the Name of Jesus. |

Self employed since 1990, Currently an independent oil and gas producer being forced out of business because NM regulatory activities targeting the oil and gas industry. Actively participating in challenging regulatory overreach in NM since 2017, which have led to multiple causes of action not only related to oil and gas but the illegal mandates and perpetual public health declarations from Governor Grisham. Also involved with multiple patriot grass roots organizations throughout the state of NM on numerous issues. Patriot, Conservative Christian came to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ at 33 years of age. Member of the Gideons since 2010. Candidate for NM Commissioner of public lands 2022 as an independent. rejoined Republican party in Jan. of 2023. Declared 2024 candidate for NM Senate district 27. Married with 4 adult children 3 adult aftermarket children (step kids). 10 Grand children they are way more fun than their parents, being a Grand dad is the best thing ever. Unapologetically pretty rough around the edges, I do not care for the spot light, microphones or cameras, God has really stretched me over the past several years. |

Bill Ruhl is the co-founder of Global Destiny Ministry in Albuquerque, NM, a Ministry dedicated to birthing Kingdom Destiny through activations, teaching, and prophesy. Ethel R. Maharg Bio
Ethel Maharg is the former first elected woman three term mayor of the Village of Cuba, New Mexico, where she served in office for 10 years. When she left office she left them with an almost two-million-dollar surplus and economic development that is still providing jobs nearly two decades later. Ethel is an alumnus of University of Phoenix where she received her degree in business administration. She has owned and operated several small businesses, been an educator, and managed two branches of a national bank. Ethel serves on the Women's Leadership Team for Women's Leadership Development, and board of New Beginnings Church of God where she is an active member and commissioned AACC lay counselor. She served at Care Net Pregnancy Center of Albuquerque as the Client Services Director for five years. She is a contributing author for two books: The Unstoppable Woman’s Guide to Emotional Well Being, and The Unstoppable Entrepreneur. She is a keynote speaker, a trainer and served as a program host for KNAT TV public affairs program. In 2018 she coordinated the Convoy of Hope for Albuquerque managing 1700 volunteers and worked with the Hispanic Action Network to distribute 350,000 voter guides with a volunteer army throughout the state in an effort to help with the last governor’s race. In 2021 she threw her hat in the ring and ran for Governor. Her message was “Breathing LIFE into New Mexico.” Although she did not get the nomination, she continues to encourage everyone to have respect for life from conception to natural death. She is currently serving the state as the Executive Director for Right to Life Committee of New Mexico where she has championed the cause of life for more than a decade. |

Glenn Hamilton
SIERRA COUNTY SHERIFF Sheriff Glenn Hamilton (Ret.) Bio: A life-long resident of New Mexico, he grew up in the Las Cruces area where he graduated from Mayfield High School and in the fall of 1987, he enlisted in the United States Army. Stationed in Kitzigen Germany, he spent the next 3 years with the 3rd Infantry Division, 203rd Forward Support Battalion as a TOW Missile repairman. In addition to his duties there, he discovered that Germany was the home to the European Rodeo Cowboy Association and toured the country for two years competing in the rodeo in various events. Following Operation Desert Storm in the summer of 1991, and upon completing his military obligation Glenn returned to Las Cruces New Mexico to resume the rest of his life only this time, he wasn’t alone. He met Monika, the love of his life, while traveling with the rodeo in Germany and the two have been inseparable ever since. In 1993 the two made the decision to move to Truth or Consequences and a short time later he began his law enforcement career with the County of Sierra. Glenn was one of those rare public servants who started his career with an agency and remained a dedicated employee through five (5) separate administrations. He was ultimately promoted through the various ranks during his tenure and after completing 20 years of service, he was elected Sheriff of Sierra County. He was re-elected to the office again in 2018 and has the distinct honor of being the first “two term” Sheriff in Sierra County in over 25 years. His duty to the Constitution and his Oath of Office have remained the cornerstones of his administration. Sheriff Hamilton recently retired in 2023 after completing his final term culminating in over 28 years of service with Sierra County. He currently serves as the Deputy Director for the New Mexico Sheriff’s Association and he continues to be an out-spoken proponent of the US and New Mexico Constitutions. He is currently engaged in a 7-State speaking tour along with Dr. Caleb Cooper, the Pastor of the New Hope Revival Church in Truth or Consequences. The tour, aptly named, “The Shepherd and The Sheriff”, brings a Constitutional and a Biblical perspective to the attendees and emphasizes the need for strong “Godly” leadership in the role of the Sheriff. Many of you may remember Sheriff Hamilton as the New Mexico Sheriff who deputized community members from the local Churches during the Covid shut-down in order that they could continue to exercise their, “God-given” rights as outlines in the US Constitution.
