ABOUT ISABELLAShe was the daughter of migrant workers and the oldest of eight children. Her parents taught her the value of hard work and instilled a determination to be of service to her community. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern State University. Her first calling is and will always be prophetic intercession.

She has taken her calling seriously and desires to see generations birthed into their true identity of the Kingdom of God. She is involved in a weekly prayer call after (the 2020 elections), which started in January of 2021, praying from New Mexico to the nation. She is involved with the (WPN) World Prayer Network. Isabella and her husband hosted house church through mentors Manny and Grace Lardizabal, Transformation Ministries Isabella hosted house church through Glory of Zion in Denton, Texas, Chuck Pierce. Isabella and her husband have five adult children and five beautiful grandchildren. Her husband, Richard Solis, a native of Las Cruces, served in the United States Marine Corps (USMC). He is retired from Law Enforcement and currently serves as an officer at the Federal Building. |

– Served as the County Chairwoman of Doña Ana County – Served as a vice-chair to the Republican Party of Doña Ana County – Chairwoman of the Hispanic Conservatives Outreach Committee – As county commissioner, spearheaded a $10.2 million road initiative – Instrumental in the opening of the Crisis Triage Center – Served in a Law Office, helped first-time homeowners purchase homes – Served with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Provided disaster recovery services following Hurricane Katrina. – Served with Mayor Judd Nordyke of the Village of Hatch, NM, following the flooding in 2006, where more than 402 homes were affected. – Served with Tierra del Sol, a Non-Governmental Organization that worked in concert with the Federal government to provide homes to qualifying families – Served on the City of Las Cruces Retired Senior Volunteer Program advisory board – Committee Chair for the Big Event for Cancer Aid Resources and Education, Inc., (CARE) – Served on the National Association of Counties Public Lands Steering Committee – Appointed to the National Association of Counties Immigration Task Force |
